After 20 years with Universal, Joe Neighbors, SR/WA, Universal’s Vice President of Southeast Region is retiring! Joe has been an integral part of Universal, responsible for business development and project management for the States of Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
