Alan’s management experience is diverse across many fields, with over 26 years of staff management in Engineering, Survey, Project Management, Construction Coordination, and Construction Engineering. His experience includes supervision and direction of large-scale construction projects ranging from three months to twenty months and up to $2B in project cost. As USM’s V.P. of operations, Alan leads the project management, field activity, and Quality Control teams on all projects. He assists clients with project development through optimized feasibility, cost estimates, and constructability reviews. Alan excels at maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effective service. Alan studied Civil Engineering at the Louisiana Tech University and served as a Technical Engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
