Doug’s successful business career spans 38 years as a management and business development specialist. He has devoted most of his professional life to executive management and ownership roles in multiple service industries. He joined Universal in 2008 and worked on a variety of right of way acquisition and relocation assistance projects.

Doug’s main responsibilities are devoted to corporate support of region management for public agency projects and business development. His past work in acquisition and relocation assistance as well as his proven management expertise make him a perfect complement to Universal’s national team. He brings a dedicated and refreshing customer service perspective to the right of way industry.

Doug attended the University of Central Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma in pursuit of a degree in petroleum land management. He’s a member of the International Right of Way Association and has taken a variety of their courses in professional right of way services. He’s also a member of the American Public Works Association.
