Documents/Database Specialist
Responsible for setting up and maintaining all right of way files and reviewing ownership of properties; preparing documents required for the acquisition of easements, fee title, permits and other right of way related documents and reproduction of easements and other documents created for the project by performing the essential duties described herein. This person must also possess knowledge of land title as well as excellent written, communication and computer skills. This person is responsible for data entry into a project database (if used). Â
Pipeline and Utilities Project Manager
Responsible for the coordination between Client’s Right of Way Management, Universal’s Corporate Management, and the field right of way personnel for a specific project. Also, responsible for managing field offices, directing work of other right of way personnel, oversight of all systems and phases of a specific project by performing the essential duties described herein.
Pipeline and Utilities Right of Way AgentÂ
Responsible for negotiating the acquisition of real property interests from affected landowners using standard right of way techniques, effective communication skills, proper legal procedures and client specific criteria by performing the essential duties described herein.Â
Public/Government Acquisition Agent
Responsible for negotiating the acquisition of real property interests from affected landowners using standard right of way techniques, effective communication skills, proper legal procedures, and client specific criteria.
Public/Government Project Manager
Responsible for the coordination between Client’s Right of Way Management, Universal’s Corporate Management, and the project right of way personnel for assigned project(s). Also, responsible for management of field office (if one is designated), supervision of personnel, directing work of other right of way personnel (including subcontractors), and oversight of all systems and phases of all assigned projects.
Public/Government Relocation AgentÂ
Responsible for providing relocation assistance to individuals, families, businesses, non-profit organizations, and farm operations displaced by a federally funded or federally assisted project using proper legal procedures and client specific criteria.
CAD TechnicianÂ
Responsible for using Computer Aided Design and Drafting Systems (CAD) to prepare drawings and create designs used in the layout, construction and operation of oil and gas facilities, electric transmission lines, transportation systems, infrastructure, and special projects.
Party ChiefÂ
Responsible for overseeing the Field Survey Crew and gathering field survey data through the use of Surveying and Mapping equipment and methods.
Title AgentÂ
Responsible for land title research, including but not limited to, tax card research and retrieval, onsite and online title research, and reporting. Responsible for preparing Chain of Title and Limited Title Certification, preparation of Vesting and Marketable Title files and posting the files as required by performing the essential duties described herein.
Land Surveyor in TrainingÂ
Responsible for providing general support to land surveying team by performing calculations, preparing CAD drawings and other documents for projects including boundary, right of way, topographic, title surveys, and more.
Engineer in TrainingÂ
Responsible for contributing to the preparation and creation of reports, plans, and designs, while using a working knowledge of surveying and basic engineering concepts.
Survey Data TechnicianÂ
Responsible for the execution of technical tasks necessary to create survey deliverables and provide in-depth knowledge to project teams for survey solutions, using a variety of software and data.
